Scottie Scheffler, two-time Masters champion, has revealed a nostalgic Champions Dinner menu inspired by his favorite childhood meals and personal memories. His selections blend comfort food with family traditions, highlighting a unique culinary tribute.
Returning for his second time as host, Scheffler’s menu includes ‘Scottie-Style’ cheeseburger sliders and “Papa Scheff’s” meatball and ravioli bites. The latter pays homage to a Christmas injury he sustained while making homemade ravioli.
The Texas-themed dinner also features firecracker shrimp, Texas-style chili, wood-fired cowboy ribeye, and blackened redfish. Sides include jalapeño creamed corn and chipotle-lime roasted sweet potatoes, showcasing Southern flavor and personal flair.
To finish the evening, guests will enjoy a warm chocolate chip skillet cookie topped with vanilla bean ice cream. Scheffler expressed excitement about the dinner and gratitude for the opportunity to celebrate with past Masters champions.
