US Open champion Jordan Spieth is enjoying a well-earned break in The Bahamas after his impressive victory at Chambers Bay. He was seen relaxing aboard a luxury yacht with his long-time partner, Annie Verret.
Annie, who missed the tournament, reunited with Spieth for the tropical getaway. The 31-year-old world number two looked relaxed and cheerful as the couple cruised the clear waters.
Spieth secured his second major title with a final round of one-under 69, finishing five under par. He edged out Dustin Johnson and Louis Oosthuizen by a single stroke to claim the championship.
Before heading to The Bahamas, Spieth fulfilled a promise made months earlier by playing a charity round of golf with a fan. The opportunity had been auctioned by his foundation and was won by Gregg Ontiveros, CEO of Group O.
