Justin Thomas puts out a ‘note to self’ amid his absence from the RBC Canadian Open

Justin Thomas addressed fans with a lighthearted “note to self” on Instagram after skipping the RBC Canadian Open. The golfer, who last played at the Memorial Tournament, humorously warned against practicing mirror putting during midday heat.

Although absent this year, Thomas previously made his mark at the RBC Canadian Open. In 2022, he finished T3 with a 15-under, showcasing strong form with back-to-back impressive weekend rounds of 63 and 64.

In 2025, Thomas has had a solid PGA Tour season. He secured a win at the RBC Heritage and earned five more top-10 finishes, including multiple T2 placements and strong showings at major events.

Despite missing the cut at the PGA Championship and finishing T31 at the Memorial, Thomas remains a formidable presence. His consistency and sharp performances position him well for the remainder of the 2025 season.
