Twelve years after stunning Caroline Wozniacki with a memorable upset at the US Open, Camila Giorgi is making headlines again—this time far from the tennis court.
The former world No. 26 graced the red carpet at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival this week, sharing glimpses of her glamorous appearance with fans on Instagram.
Giorgi, who retired in May 2024 after a career tally of 430 match wins, has remained in the public eye both on and off the court. Since stepping away from competition, the 33-year-old Italian has faced controversy, including accusations of tax evasion, stolen furniture, and falsifying a COVID-19 vaccination. She has firmly denied those claims.
Earlier this year, Giorgi returned to tennis in a new role as a court-side TV reporter at the Buenos Aires tournament, following her move to Argentina.
