Paige Spiranac showed her excitement for Monday’s CFP National Championship by proudly backing the Michigan Wolverines in her own unique way.
Ahead of Michigan’s clash with Washington, the former professional golfer and now popular social media star posted a photo on X (formerly Twitter) wearing a blue bikini top featuring the Wolverines’ logo.
“Excited for the big game tonight,” she wrote. “Who do you have winning? Michigan or Washington?”
Spiranac, who graduated from San Diego State, has built a reputation for being a passionate college sports follower and often uses her platform to highlight different teams.
Her show of support comes after she cheered for TCU in last year’s championship game by wearing a cropped tank top with “TCU” written across it. Unfortunately for her pick, the Horned Frogs were crushed 65-7 by Georgia, marking the largest margin of victory in a title game.
Going into this year’s final, both Washington and Michigan were undefeated at 14-0. Washington secured their spot with a Sugar Bowl win over Texas, while Michigan advanced after defeating Alabama in the Rose Bowl.
According to her Instagram bio, Spiranac calls herself the “Number 1 Purdue fan,” but when championship football rolls around, she doesn’t hesitate to throw her support behind other schools as well.
