Brooks Koepka’s wife, Jena Sims, recently opened up about how she and the golf star first connected. Despite the fear of making the first move, Sims took a bold step by reaching out to Koepka on social media, a decision that ultimately led to their relationship.
Koepka, a former PGA Tour player, has had a decorated career with nine PGA Tour wins and seven European Tour victories. Sims, an actress and former Miss Georgia Teen USA, was initially surprised when he responded to her Instagram message, sparking their romantic journey.
In a recent GRWM video, Sims shared that she asked Koepka why he responded to her among many messages he received. He admitted he felt an immediate connection and appreciated her assertiveness. The couple met in person at the 2015 Masters, got engaged in 2021, and married the following year.
The Koepkas welcomed their first child, Crew, in 2023. Recently, Sims shared moments from their family vacation in Dubai, highlighting their desert safari, camel rides, and visits to iconic landmarks. Beyond social media, she remains dedicated to philanthropy through her Pageant of Hope initiative.
