‘It Was a F**king Lecture Class’: Paige Spiranac, Who Failed to Graduate College, Reveals the Weirdest Subject She Ever Took Up at the University of Arizona

Paige Spiranac, one of social media’s most recognizable personalities and a former pro golfer, never shies away from sharing quirky details about her life. On her podcast, where she often opens up about personal stories, Spiranac recalled the oddest class she ever enrolled in during her time at the University of Arizona.

Even though she didn’t graduate, Spiranac has plenty of college memories—and one stands out more than most. She explained, “The weirdest class I took was this class on dragons. It was all about mythical creatures, and we actually studied dragons in detail.”

According to her, the class felt like a full-on lecture series, complete with textbooks that had pictures of dragons, details about what they ate, their powers, and even where they supposedly lived. “They loved apples,” she added with amusement. Spiranac joked that while she didn’t learn much else in college, her dragon lectures are hard to forget.

Her Thoughts on Max Homa In the same conversation, Spiranac also shared her admiration for PGA Tour star Max Homa. She gushed over his signature fist bumps and expressed frustration with how the golfing world still labels him an “underdog.” For Spiranac, Homa is far from underrated.

“He’s a really solid player,” she emphasized, noting his many accomplishments on the Tour. Although Homa hasn’t responded to her remarks, Spiranac’s praise highlighted the respect she has for players who deserve more recognition.
