Justin Thomas makes honest admission after Jordan Spieth’s grilling and $3.6 million win

Justin Thomas admitted he was a little nervous about catching heat from the boys after beating Andrew Novak in a playoff at the RBC Heritage. The win snapped a dry spell and landed him a nice $3.6 million payday.

Thinking back to how Jordan Spieth got roasted for beating Tom Gillis years ago, JT joked he didn’t want to be “that guy” who cost Novak his breakthrough. Still, he’s backing Novak to have a big future out here.

After a tough back-and-forth at Harbour Town, Thomas dropped a clutch 21-footer to seal the deal. He said afterward, winning never gets easier — and man, he forgot just how good it feels to hoist a trophy again.
