Lindsey Vonn shone in a stunning silver sequin dress as she celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Lindsey Vonn Foundation at the Grand Hyatt in Park City, Utah. The event honored a decade of empowering young girls through sports-based scholarships and mentorship programs.
On September 14, the Olympic ski legend shared photos from the celebration on Instagram. The disco-themed party, titled *“A Decade of Disco,”* took place the previous night, featuring guests like Lauren Macuga and Picabo Street. Vonn paired her sparkly dress with black strappy heels, radiating confidence and joy throughout the evening.
In her heartfelt caption, Vonn expressed gratitude to those who have supported her foundation over the years:
“What an amazing night celebrating 10 years of the Lindsey Vonn Foundation and an incredibly successful fundraiser. We couldn’t have done it without our volunteers, sponsors, donors, mentors, and the local community. It means so much to me—and especially to the young women we serve. Cheers to paying it forward for the next generation!”
Vonn has long been active in charitable causes. Prior to her foundation’s milestone celebration, she also helped raise funds for victims of the 9/11 attacks.
Though currently in her off-season, the 39-year-old has resumed training for a possible Olympic comeback. Recently spotted training in Chile, she’s preparing for the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics—her final competitive goal before officially retiring.
After first retiring in 2019, Vonn returned to competitive skiing in late 2024, determined to close her career on her own terms. Speaking to the Associated Press in January 2025, she shared:
“If I can make it to the Olympics, it would be an incredible way to close the loop on my career. I’m taking it one day at a time, but I’m definitely thinking about it and hope I can get there.”
Her comeback season has already shown promise—culminating in a podium finish at the 2025 FIS Alpine Ski World Cup Finals in Idaho.
