Fresh off a strong T5 finish at the 2025 Mizuho Americas Open, Nelly Korda is enjoying some much-needed downtime. With the U.S. Women’s Open beginning May 29, the LPGA star is taking a short, sunny break.
Korda shared glimpses of her beach getaway on Instagram, where she boasts over 1.1 million followers. She reposted a collage by golfer Becky Butcher Coleman with the cheerful caption: “Girls trip!!!” The post showcased vibrant beachwear and scenic views.
The images, taken during her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit photoshoot, featured Korda in bold bikinis. Shot by Ben Horton in Boca Raton, Florida, the session captured the golfer’s fun and fashionable side ahead of her next major event.

Korda wasn’t the only athlete featured. The issue also included Eileen Gu, Gabby Thomas, and Suni Lee. Korda celebrated the honor in her post, expressing joy at being part of such a powerful group of women.
The 15-time LPGA Tour winner earned the spot following a stellar 2024 season, where she bagged seven titles including one major. That performance led to her being named the 2024 Rolex Player of the Year by the LPGA.
Speaking with SI, Korda said the shoot pushed her out of her comfort zone but praised the team for their support. She also hopes her images inspire young girls to feel confident, on the golf course and beyond.
