World No. 1 Nelly Korda is hosting the second edition of the Nelly Invitational at The Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida. The event, held in collaboration with the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA), received a major boost this year with Chevron stepping in as a key sponsor.
AJGA and Korda celebrated their sponsors in a joint Instagram post, acknowledging them as “the ones who make it all possible.” The event’s second edition has grown significantly, offering more opportunities and exclusive gifts for junior players, thanks to the generous support from brand partners.
Korda opted to skip the LPGA’s Black Desert Championship to focus on her namesake event. She engaged personally with participants and sponsors, reflecting her commitment to creating a high-quality experience. Her last appearance on the LPGA Tour was at the Chevron Championship, where she finished tied for 14th.
This year’s Nelly Invitational extended invites to top international juniors and provided travel stipends, all while raising \$100,000 for charity. Korda expressed her gratitude for the support, highlighting her dream of giving back through a tournament that opens doors—especially with the winner receiving an exemption into the 2026 Chevron Championship.
