World No. 1 Nelly Korda has heaped praise on rising LPGA star Lottie Woad, describing the 21-year-old’s game as “absolutely amazing”and commending her remarkable composure under pressure.

Speaking at the pre-event press conference for the AIG Women’s Open at Royal Porthcawl, Korda highlighted Woad’s ability to remain calm and consistent in high-pressure moments.

“I was very impressed with her composure, her process,” Korda said. “When it comes to her shot routine, especially under pressure, some people fidget and doubt themselves, but she stuck to her process every single time.”
