Jessica Korda has been off the LPGA Tour since 2023, first due to a stubborn back injury and now because she’s fully embraced motherhood. While fans often speculate about when she’ll return to competition, Korda recently made it clear that her life is anything but quiet these days.
On Thursday, she shared a series of candid photos on Instagram, offering a glimpse into her daily life with her 18-month-old son, Greyson. The post featured snapshots from a zoo outing, park strolls, and even a tricycle ride. With the photos, Korda addressed a recurring question she gets: “Jess, what do you do all day?” Her response was simple and heartfelt: “I’m truly having the time of my life. We are so busy, this is all in a day’s work—and it’s so much fun.”
Since welcoming Greyson in February 2024 with her partner, Johnny DelPrete, Korda’s social media has revolved around family moments, whether they’re traveling, walking hand-in-hand, or relaxing at home. In a touching post earlier this summer, she captioned a photo of her and her son: “Exactly who I’m meant to be. Exactly where I’m meant to be.”
But even though her priorities are clearly centered on family, golf hasn’t disappeared from her life. Korda has stayed involved in the game, taking on commentary roles at major tournaments, including the 2025 U.S. Open at Oakmont and the Amundi Evian Championship, where she covered her sister, Nelly Korda.
As for her comeback, Jessica hinted last December that she’s targeting 2026. “I’m definitely itching to be able to play again, how much, I’m not so sure. I’ll take 2025 to assess, and then 2026 is kind of what we’re shooting for,” she explained. Her career, which includes six LPGA titles and a runner-up finish at the 2022 Chevron Championship, was put on hold after her back injury worsened despite extensive rehab.
Lately, though, fans have seen encouraging signs. Korda has shared clips from the driving range and putting greens, showing she’s slowly working her way back. While there’s no confirmed return date, it’s clear she’s keeping the door open for competitive golf—just on her own timeline.
For now, Jessica Korda seems content balancing motherhood with her passion for the sport, proving that her days off the LPGA Tour are far from idle.
