Paige Spiranac Confirms Marriage Breakdown After Years of Speculation
Paige Spiranac has spoken publicly for the first time about her marriage ending, putting to rest years of speculation. The former professional golfer, who transitioned into a media personality, confirmed she is no longer married to athletic trainer Steven Tinoco, whom she wed in 2018.
During a recent Instagram Q&A, Spiranac addressed the constant curiosity from fans. “I was married. I am no longer married, and I would really appreciate it if people could respect my privacy,” she shared.
Spiranac had previously been reluctant to discuss her personal life, often explaining on her podcast Playing A Round that she wanted to keep relationships private. She revealed that making a relationship public invites scrutiny, and if things don’t work out, it forces her to publicly address the breakup. For her, keeping that part of life private was a way of protecting something meaningful.
Since leaving professional golf, the 28-year-old has built a successful media career, hosting a hit podcast and becoming an outspoken advocate against bullying and elitism in golf. She has also shared personal challenges, including having explicit images leaked online, and has used her platform to support Cybersmile, a charity focused on combating cyberbullying.
