Jordan Spieth endured a frustrating moment during the third round of the 2025 Masters on Saturday, April 12. Following a mishit, the American golfer sat on the ground in visible disbelief and momentarily raised his club in frustration before regaining composure.
Despite the emotional moment, Spieth bounced back to card an impressive 3-under 69 for the day. His strong performance helped him leap 19 spots on the leaderboard, securing a tie for 21st place heading into the final round.
Spieth’s overall tournament journey has been mixed. He opened with a 1-over 73 on Thursday, struggled again Friday with another 73, but showed resilience on Saturday with a bogey-free round featuring three birdies.
He will tee off in Sunday’s final round alongside Max Greyserman at 12:40 PM ET. As of now, Rory McIlroy leads at 12-under, followed closely by Bryson DeChambeau, setting up a thrilling Masters finale.
